Consider yourself a foodie? Let’s talk shop…
It’s an unwritten rule that a person’s first blog post has to serve as an amuse-bouche, a bite-size offering from a chef that gives insight and prepares the guest for the courses to come. My task at hand is to make sure I get a small part of who I am, what I represent, what I believe – me, me, me intensely across in a single post so you become a repeat customer, or at least stay for the entrée.
Here’s the catch… I’m no chef. My unique approach to cuisine is undeveloped. There are too many layers of interests and abilities to try to confine within a beautifully presented morsel. A seasonal menu, however, affords me the freedom to spotlight and rotate new discoveries and interests. I hope that each post provides insight on everything that Curated Consumer represents, but it’ll take time. No boxed mixes, just offerings made from scratch – all in hopes of enforcing a need and dependence on quality over quantity.
